Life is Good Festival ushers in fall every year with a weekend of music, exciting games for kids, and much more. The 2013 festival took place on Saturday, September 21 and Sunday, September 22 at beautiful Prowse Farm, 5 Blue Hill River Road in Canton, Massachusetts. The festival weekend has been a music tradition for over a decade and although the live performances are always impressive, each year Life is Good Festival becomes so much more.
Dedicated to helping children overcome violence, illness, and poverty, all the proceeds from this festival is donated to this worthy cause through the Boston-based non-profit organization, the Life is Good Playmakers. Learn more about this cause here.
.Life is Good Festival is an active weekend filled with plenty of food possibilities including Ben & Jerry's ice cream as well as activities for the entire family, but not in an overwhelming way. Vendors are particularly friendly and helpful, offering samples of their merchandise.
Each year, Life is Good searches for volunteers to assist with all the festivities.
See the following list for why the festival should be a tradition each and every year.
