Read the verses below from the book of Mathew and see how many times the word heart is mentioned and how the word heart is used.

The word heart is mentioned too many times to list every book and every scripture that dealt with heart health, so only scriptures in the book of Mathew are mentioned.
The Lord knew how important it is to have good heart health because your heart does more that pump blood, it gives physical life and it gives physical death. Your heart can also give spiritual life or spiritual death.
Now the question is how is your heart health? Do you need a heart transplant with Jesus inside?
The only way you can have a truly health heart by giving it to Jesus and do as Proverbs 4:23 states: Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.
