How to celebrate St. Patrick's Day in Denver

OK, first things first. Never, ever use the term St. Patty's Day to describe this holiday. Patty is a girl's name. In the Irish, the name of the Saint is Padraig, leading to the diminutive Paddy, often used to describe the Irish. Remember the Paddy Wagon?
