When is the last time you have written something in longhand? According to Handwriting Analyst, Kathi McKnight, who recently appeared on the Dr. Oz’s show, your cursive writing tells a lot about you and your health.
Are you wondering why this matters? Because, according to Kathi, once you know the style that reflects a healthier life, just by changing one letter at a time, your life will mimic the healthier modification reflective of your writing style.
It’s time to get to work, take out a writing utensil and write the following phrases in lower case writing:
little lucy loves lilacs
muddle puddle twitter pitter
Now click on the green button above to view all of the photos to understand what your style says about you.
Did you do the analysis?
If any of these attributes appeal to you, make the change in your writing style. According to Kathi, it will take 21 days to practice writing the new and improve letter style because this is the number of times it takes to break a habit.
Get ready, get set, go! Take your pens out and embrace a healthier life!
When you write these sentences, make sure you write in your normal style. If you try to change up your writing, it will not offer a true analysis.
What does your "L" look like?
Now, look closely at the “L’s” you have written. If you have a large loop on your “l” you have great hopes and dreams for the future. If you do not have a loop or it is tight, you risk cardiac issues.
Do your words slant to the right? If so, you are an extravert and you wear your heart on your sleeve.
Look at your "T's"
Now look at the “t’s” you have written. The wider loop you have on your “t” the more sensitive/critical you are as a person. The goal is to not have a loop on the "T".
Look at your "d's"
Now look at the “d’s” you have written. If you have a loop on your d, you need to take better care of yourself and you are your own worst critic.
If your words slant down, you may be depressed and you are a pessimist.
How hard or light are you writing?
If you see parts of the words are written with more pressure so they appear darker than other letters then you risk having high blood pressure. If you overall write lightly, you let things roll off of your back. If you write heavy, it’s time for a massage!
