Synopsis…

High pressure will dominate across the region today with dry and seasonably mild weather and plenty of sunshine. Clouds will then increase tonight as a moist easterly flow develops between departing high pressure and a slow moving cut-off system well to our west.

Unsettled and cool weather then looks to return on Tuesday with rain showers becoming likely in the afternoon and evening, and continuing through the middle of the week. Some of the rain could be heavy from later Wednesday into Thursday. Some milder weather will also return into late week.
