Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Orlando Resort is fully revealed, with details of all eight haunted houses, plus the multiple Walking Dead-based scare zones and the two shows all made public.
This year's event relies heavily on intellectual properties, which will thrill fans of such franchises as Evil Dead and Resident Evil. There are still some original houses for those who prefer their scares to have an unexpected twist rather than being tied into something familiar.
As always, Halloween Horror Nights is a separately ticketed event that runs on select nights after Universal Studios Florida closes for the day. It kicks off on September 20 and runs all the way to November 2 this year, meaning you can drag your fright out past Halloween.
You'll find more information on this year's streets, mazes, and shows in the list accompanying this article. Still, even though it's all laid out now, you should always be prepared for some sinister surprises. If you're local or staying in Orlando for a while, I recommend going more than once because the event does evolve over the days and weeks of the season.
