Feb. 1 marks the first day of a very busy month for "Castle" season 5, and the spoilers for what's to occur during February sweeps just keep on coming. This month is going to be chock full of drama and excitement for our favorite crime drama, and if what's been revealed so far for episodes thirteen through sixteen is anything to go by, these next four weeks are going to be nothing like we've seen before.
The episodes airing this month are as follows:
- 5x13 "Recoil" - Feb. 4
- 5x14 "Reality Star Struck" - Feb. 11
- 5x15 "Target" - Feb. 18
- 5x16 "Hunt" - Feb. 25
Kicking off the month of February in "Recoil" is the return of Senator Bracken (Jack Coleman), as well as Dr. Burke (Michael Dorn). When Bracken turns out to have some involvement in the death of a young woman, Beckett has to wrestle with some "really interesting moral territory", leading her to head back to see Dr. Burke, who was last seen in last season's "Headhunters".
The following week, "Reality Star Struck" will see not only Castle and Beckett's first Valentine's Day together, but a "Firefly" reunion of sorts with Gina Torres guest starring. This episode is said to feature a "Real Housewives"-esque reality TV series by the name of "The Wives of Wall Street."
Lastly, "Target" and "Hunt"! After seasons of wondering, we'll finally get to put a face to the mystery man that is Castle's dad (Here's a hint: He looks exactly like James Brolin) and now we're hearing that part of the investigation will have our dynamic duo heading somewhere in Europe. Some unsettling news regarding Alexis has also been revealed tonight, adding more fuel to the already sizzling anticipation. Just what's going on in this two-part episode that promises to be nothing like we've ever seen before on "Castle", and will include something that they can only do once?
