The Woman had no problem with her libido, only with her lack of discretion. Bodies in motion under a moonlit sky, with a young girl watching, get the hint. Discretion, Woman, discretion! But, I guess when one has the urge, one has to act upon it!
Blood pressure is the force of the blood pushing against the walls of the arteries whenever the heart beats and between beats. Hypertension, or high blood pressure, means that the heart has to work harder, the arteries harden and blood flow is impaired. Blood pressure above 120/80 is cause for concern.
Hypertension drugs can contribute to an inability to reach pleasure because they reduce blood pressure overall, including blood supply to the genitals. Beta-blockers and diuretics are more likely to cause sexual dysfunction than other drugs.
So what can help someone suffering from hypertension? A low-salt diet can lower blood pressure. One should keep sodium intake below 1500 mg per day. Also, there are natural supplements that can lower blood pressure, such as magnesium and coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10). Supplementing with the amino acid L-arginine can help, but it is not advisable for anyone with a history of heart attack.
Recap: It is possible for someone suffering with hypertension to improve their sexual fulfillment by watching one’s salt diet or sodium intake. As with any changes in one’s diet, see a medical professional for consultation.
