Four arrested during raid at Rockmart residence

The Polk County Police Department’s Narcotics Enforcement Team’s continuing effort to combat illegal drug sales and use in Polk County has resulted in the execution of a search warrant at a Rockmart residence on Thursday, February 14, 2013.

Four people were arrested during the search of 520 Williamson Street in Rockmart.

This latest effort by the Polk County Police Department’s Narcotics Enforcement Team has resulted in the arrests of four individuals on Violations of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act charges.

According to Captain Michael McGee, the Narcotics Enforcement Team had been receiving information regarding the illegal distribution of illegal narcotics at 520 Williamson Street.

This information allowed officers to secure a search warrant to search of the residence.

As a result of the investigation and the execution of the search warrant, the following individuals were arrested and charged as listed below.
