When a teen becomes old enough to seek his or her first job, what job is the best first job to hold to move from the ranks of unemployment to employed? Maybe it’s fast and easy to get hired on at a company where a friend or family member works. Maybe it’s best to go the fast food route. It may not pay well at first, but it’s a start, right?
While these jobs have their own pros and cons to getting hired and holding them as your first real job, there are a lot of benefits that come with starting out as a server or a customer service representative.
