Five reasons why the Governor from ‘The Walking Dead’ is the best bad guy on TV

Half-way through season four of The Walking Dead, we have finally finished the story arc of the character known as the Governor (played by David Morrissey). As season three's central villain, the Governor proved himself to be more sadistic and twisted than any non-walker the gang has seen yet - yes, even Shane. Now, with his story complete, the show's writers will have to work hard to find a new bad guy that poses as much of a threat to the group as the Governor did. In the meantime, let's look back at why the Governor was so good at being so bad.
