Betting on the Super Bowl is outrageous. Possibly more than $100-million dollar (last year in Nevada nearly $94-million was wagered on the game.) will be thrown down Sunday. It can be annoying to keep up with the lines and odds. However, sometimes it can be as exciting as the game itself.
It makes you invested in the game; there is no better feeling than having your rent money riding on the outcome of the coin toss. It keeps you focus away from the commercials and six-layer dip and on the television screen, hopeful for an eight second post-game hug between Jim and John Harbaugh.
And you can gamble on everything.
Here are the most puerile prop bets for Super Bowl XLVII between the San Francisco 49ers (4 point favorites) and the Baltimore Ravens.
