Fall is here, with colorful, crisp leaves and a nip in the air. The Florida heat is finally subsiding, which means that it's a great time to visit the Central Florida theme parks and attractions.
Autumn is a great time to visit all of the parks, but some of them are especially pleasant when the worst of the heat has finally faded away. Check out my list of the five best parks to visit in the cool weather. I particularly enjoy going to these parks after the summer crowds and tropical heat and humidity subsides because they're places where it's especially nice to slow down and enjoy the scenery.
In addition to the nice weather, don't forget that most of the parks also have special events in the fall, like the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival, the Halloween Spooktacular at SeaWorld Orlando, Brick or Treat at Legoland Florida, and HowlOScream at Busch Gardens Tampa. Of course, that gives way into special Christmas events, too.
