The tennis season is a tough year long battle and it all comes down to eight. The Barclays ATP World Tour Finals pits the top eight players against each other in the season finale.
The top two players, Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic, have qualified. As of now they will be joined by David Ferrer and Juan Martin Del Potro. Several players are fighting for the last four positions.
This week, four of the contenders will be playing to hopefully lock up the last spots. Roger Federer, currently in seventh position and not playing this week, is in danger of being passed up and bumped down in contention. Andy Murray, ranked third, has withdrawn due to a recent back operation.
