It is an intriguing Thursday night game that features two wide receivers you should start in fantasy football's week #6 and two "sleepers" that might have breakout performances. (See the attached slideshow of pictures.)
The New York Giants enter tonight's game at Soldier Field with an 0-5 record and only one potentially productive player - wide receiver Victor Cruz - from a fantasy football perspective. Quarterback Eli Manning is slightly ahead of Washington's Robert Griffin III and the Dolphins' Ryan Tannehill in the middle of the quarterback ratings. New York's leading rusher is David Wilson will not play tonight, but his likely replacement - Da'Rel Scott - has the same number of fantasy points (24) as Wilson. They share the No. 44 spot among running backs in fantasy football. Neither Manning nor Scott deserve to start on a fantasy football team.
The Chicago Bears (3-2) share the top spot in the NFC North with the upstart Detroit Lions. They are trying to bounce back after two straight losses. They will win tonight and I recommend you start three Bears in the kickoff game for week 6.
Next Up - Picks for the rest of Week #6 of the NFL/fantasy football season.
