Florida
African-American drug trafficker Paul Augustus Howell aka Paul Howell is set to die Wednesday night in Florida. Howell has been on Florida's death row for the murder of 35-year-old Jimmy Fulford, a state trooper. Fulton was killed during a routine traffic stop in Monticello, when a bomb hidden inside a package exploded. The bomb was intended to kill a woman who "knew too much," according to ABC Action News. If executed, Paul Howell will die by lethal injection.

Missouri
African-American death row inmate Michael Taylor, 47, was put to death at 12:10 a.m. in Missouri. Michael Taylor had been sentenced to death for the rape and murder of 15-year-old teenager Ann Harrison while she waited at the bus stop in 1989. Police records indicate the teen was brutally stabbed to death. Michael Taylor was executed by lethal injection.
