Everything bacon: Lollipops, jelly beans, toothpaste, air freshener, gum, mints

Bacon is a cured meat prepared from a pig that is usually eaten for breakfast. Bacon may be eaten smoked, boiled, fried, baked, or grilled, or used as an ingredient to flavor dishes.

We used to think of bacon only as a breakfast staple. However, when the myth circulated last year that there might be a bacon shortage, manufacturers began to come up with bacon-flavored products.

Today you can buy many bacon-flavored products. You can brush your teeth with bacon flavored toothpaste and floss with bacon-flavored dental floss. You can use bacon air freshener. You can use bacon toothpicks. There are bacon lollipops and other candies and gumballs.

You can eat bacon jelly beans and use bacon band-aids on your cuts and bruises.

Kelly Ripa's children gave Michael Strahan some bacon jelly beans and some bacon band-aids on "Live! with Kelly and Michael" and he loves them.
