Ingredients:
1 ½ parts Cruzan® Key Lime Rum
½ parts John DeKuyper & Sons™ O3 Premium Orange Liqueur
2 dashes Bitters
1 part Sparkling Wine
Orange Twist

Method: Combine Key Lime Rum, John DeKuyper & Sons™ O3 Premium Orange Liqueur & Bitters over ice and stir for 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe and add sparkling wine. Garnish with a wide twist of orange peel.

Ingredients:
12 parts Cruzan® Peach Rum
12 parts Ginger Ale
4 1/2 parts Honey Syrup*
3 parts Lemon Juice

Method:
Combine Cruzan® Peach Rum, Honey Syrup & Lemon Juice in a pitcher. Stir to mix and refrigerate. Add Ginger Ale right before serving. (Serves 8)

*Honey Syrup
Ingredients:
6 parts Honey
6 parts Hot Water
Method: Combine 6 parts Honey and 6 parts Hot Water. Stir and set aside.

Ingredients:
-2 parts Cruzan® Passion Fruit Rum
-2 parts Pineapple Juice
-1 part Lime Juice
-1/2 part Honey Syrup
-2 Pineapple Chunks
-Fresh grated Cinnamon

Method:
Combine all ingredients in a blender with 1 cup of ice and blend for 20 seconds. Pour into a cored pineapple and garnish with fresh mint. Note: Slice the top of the pineapple off a half-inch from the top. Core the inside of the pineapple. Don't have a pineapple corer handy? Core your pineapple with an ice cream scoop! Make sure you don't scoop all the way to the skin or your pineapple will leak.

Ingredients:
1 part Cruzan® Peach Rum
1 part Cruzan® Aged Light Rum
1/2 part Coconut Creme
1/2 part Fresh Lime Juice

Method:
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker over ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain over fresh ice into an old fashioned glass. Garnish with a Lime Wedge.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 parts Cruzan® Aged Light Rum
1/2 part White Vermouth
1/2 part Chamomile Syrup*
1/2 part Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
Dash of Bitters

Method:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Shake without ice to combine. Add ice, shake vigorously for 10 seconds and double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with two drops of Bitters.

*Chamomile Syrup:
Steep two Chamomile Tea Bags in 8oz. Hot Water for 5 minutes to make double strength Tea.
Add 8oz. Sugar to Tea and stir until Sugar is dissolved.
Syrup will be good for one month.
