Element YMCA Camp: A summer of camping, skateboarding and fun

Learn the basics of wilderness survival (shelter, water, fire, food). Through these ancient skills, campers will learn to be more aware of the world they live in and take home knowledge hard to acquire elsewhere.Make your own mini skateboard. Learn the process from start to finish with professional equipment and instruction. In addition, campers will work with a group to take photos, interview pro's  and produce a small magazine that all campers receive at the end of the week!Launch off a ramp into the lake, go boating in the Element canoe, or have a swim watched over by a certified lifeguard. YMCA Camping is at its best at Sequoia Lake. This summer parents can keep kids physically active and mentally engaged by signing them up for the popular Element YMCA Camp at Sequoia Lake. Registration is now open and programing starts June 30. Camp rates start at $615 per participant (financial assistance available).   • Staff and campers alike collaborate in live performances that is funny and heartwarming, full of cabin skits, music, and comedy acts. Campers learn to play guitar and refine their skills, finishing with a group performance at campfire.
