Easy smoked Caribbean chicken and shrimp kabobs

Originating in the Middle East, kabobs are a fun way to serve an entire meal. Try these kabobs with a kick if you are looking for something different to serve at your next gathering. The marinade that is used has a blend of molasses, lime juice, papaya, chili pepper, and cilantro. These Caribbean flavors combined with the flavor from smoking will have your guests coming back for more. They are easy to make and look beautiful. This recipe makes about 12 kabobs. They will cook slowly on the smoker and once they are done they will be loaded with layers of flavor.

What you will need:
Skewers
1 pound of chicken tenderloins
1 pound of medium shrimp
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 onion
1 can of pineapple chunks
12 oz bottle of Lawry’s Caribbean Jerk Marinade with Papaya Juice
Seasoning of your choice
