Beautiful Easter eggs are a big part of Easter celebrations with children. The thrill of the hunt is a part of Easter celebrations each year. Many families dye their own eggs for hiding, but community egg hunts have become increasingly popular in that they provide family fun with others in the community. Egg hunts with other children can be challenging, but participating in these events can offer children the opportunity to learn valuable social skills such as working in groups, sharing, and helping others in the search.
There are several opportunities in Sarasota this month for children to participate in the traditional Easter egg hunt with others. Games, prizes, goody bags, and the Easter Bunny himself will all be part of these egg hunts. Crafts, cooking, and egg decorating will also be a part of one of the egg hunts.
Check out these events for a family-friendly Easter egg hunt this year.
