Don’t forget the family pet for Valentine’s Day

How much do you love your pet? Last year, people spent an estimated $120 on gifts for their pets. With Valentine’s Day on tap this week and Love Your Pet Day coming on February 20, there’s never been a better time to pick out some fun gifts for your pet.

Treats for your sweetie – You can give your pet the gift of treats this Valentine’s Day and keep them eating healthy at the same time. Spring Naturals has a complete line of meaty, baked treats for dogs that use healthy ingredients like real meat, apples, spinach and more.

Fun and games – Add a challenge to treat time by selecting a treat maze or game for your pet. The Company of Animals has a variety of options from the Buster Dog Maze to the Green Slow Feeder and other treat games or Brainy Bones.

Indestructible toys for Fido – Go Doggy continues to make a great variety of toys for dogs that are considered indestructible. The Armies are adorable multi-colored Armadillos. They have the same Chew Guard technology that will challenge any pup to see if they can destroy these toys.

Cats meow – Don’t forget the family cat when you’re shopping for the holiday. Imperial Cat has a Valentine’s inspired Happy Cat Kit and Happy Kitten Kit that includes a Scratch ‘n Shapes Scratcher, Easy Grow Organic Oat Grass Kit, Catnip toys and a wand toy. If you have a large cat to please, check out the Scratch ‘n Shape’s new large Tiger Scratcher.

Catnip fun – If you live with a kitty that loves to bat a wadded ball of paper across the floor, this is a great gift. The Super Cat Catnip Crumples release a whiff of catnip when scrunched or crumpled.

Cat caves – Check out some of these great cat caves for under $50! They give your kitty a nice sleeping/hiding area and offer a wide variety of stylish options through Hauspanther.
