September 28, 2013

The perfect time to decorate for Halloween is October 1st. This wreath is simple and fun to make. You have a lot of freedom with how you want to decorate it. All the items used to make this project were purchased at Michael's and were relatively cheap with the exception of the green ribbon. If you use a different ribbon to complete the project, it can be done for between $15 and $20.
