One of my daughter's favorite things to receive when she goes to a birthday party or any party for that matter, is the party blowers. Usually I can handle them as long as they don't have a whistle or noise maker in them and they can be fun especially for special occasions like New Year's Eve.
Have you noticed though that when you buy party blowers they come mainly in primary colors (red, blue and yellow) or cartoon/children themed? More often then not they're the one thing that doesn't match the rest of your decorations.
Not any more! Martha Stewart has come up with a great tutorial on how to make your own party blowers using decorative paper (scrapbook paper) vellum and ordinary straws.
To get the how to on this super fun and super easy tutorial just click through the list and have fun!
