With the beginning of the fall semester of 2013, classes are being held at the new $12 million dollar Table Rock Campus of the Ozarks Technical Community College (OTC). Table Rock Lake can be seen from the top level of the four-story structure. The campus is located at 10698 Historic Highway 165, Hollister MO 65672, which can be seen along U.S. 65 south of Branson and the Hollister interchange. See our earlier article for a review and photos of the construction of this new facility.
OTC first came to the Branson area in 2001 with classes held in the former kindergarten center in downtown Branson. OTC moved to larger quarters at The Shoppes at Branson Meadows in 2004 where space allowed for more classes and services to be offered to students.
The Table Rock Campus was approved after the citizens of Hollister voted, in April of 2010, to join the OTC district. By joining the OTC district, Hollister residents pay the in-district tuition at the college.
