If the classy Chaya Downtown restaurant were to throw a summer barbecue, it would look a lot like their newly opened rooftop beer garden. For the summer only, Chaya’s patio is transformed into an Asian-inspired beer garden, much like the ones in Japan. The space features its own menu, complete with a raw Kaisen sampler, barbecue classics like skewers and grilled corn, farmer’s market dishes like peach and burrata salad, and even their special adult snow cones.
