Cats and kittens in Manhattan who need homes Feb. 4, 2013

The Animal Care and Control Center’s location in East Harlem offers many cats and kittens available for adoption. Today’s featured cats range in age from 18 months to 5 years, and includes both males and females. shelter's hours are from 8:00am to 8:00pm, 7 Days a Week and the adoption hours are from Noon to 7:00pm, 7 Days a Week. You may contact the shelter’s Manhattan offices at (212) 788-4000. All cats (as well as dogs and rabbits) available for adoption have received a behavior evaluation, and you can apply for a specific breed if you like. Also, the Animal Care and Control Center requires that animals adopted must be neutered, spayed, or altered.
