Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge’s royal closet full of coats

The classic understated celebrity style of Kate Middleton, Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge is best represented by what’s hanging in her royal closet.

A closet full of royal coats, yes, let’s take a look at Kate’s classic coat style and her royal taste in fashion coats.

Belted: Kate loves to wrap up her look with a belted fashion statement. Belted coats accent the waistline and give definition to Kate’s waif like slim figure.

Rich color: Red, chocolate brown, plush pink, white, Irish green and plum are luscious looking and approachable. Kate likes to wear beautiful colors but somehow the color choices don’t seem too outlandish or overbearing.

Plaid: Plaids seem to be a favorite. Kate enjoys wearing her black watch plaid dress coat. She wore a plaid coat when she existed the hospital after her bout with morning sickness and she looked like a true Scottish princess in her royal tartan plaid coat worn on her most recent tour of Scotland.

Kate definitely has her favorite coat silhouettes, too.

Swing style, A-line, double-breasted and funnel necklines are main features accented in most of her royal coats.

Kate’s royal coats are always in good taste and most certainly help to define her polished, and classic celebrity style. She loves to tone down her appearance with dark tights or stockings, knee high black boots, understated pump shoes or brown ankle booty.

There it is a royal closet full of coats compliments of Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge to choose from.
