What this means is, flexible bow-shaped forms on each side of the laptop compartment flex. When you're touring a city, whether for leisure or you're on a business visit, you're going to need some sort of day pack. Meeting with various representatives, you're probably going to receive folders, flash drives, maps and other leaflets. You're going to want your visiting essentials with you: camera, phone, wallet, a bottle of water, perhaps a rain jacket or umbrella. In the past, people toted these things about for the day in a big sack we always called a "diaper bag," or a back pack that was ratty and made one look like one of the Great Unwashed.
