New Year's Eve is suppose to be a time to reflect on the departing year and to either be happy it is almost over or be sad to see the year and all it's glory leave. You are expected to spend it with those you love and prepare to start fresh in the new year. Lately, this comes at a very high cost. Some places even charging $75 to $200 and after all the holiday shopping we all did many bank accounts and credit cards are not looking too inviting anymore. After spending all your hard earned dollars on friends and family showing them how much you care, it does not mean that you have to sit at home and wallow in your receipts and credit card statements. Here is a photo list of a few places you can go for free or at a low cost to enjoy the end of 2013 and welcome 2014. There is something for everyone and your preferred musical taste, whether it be rock, hip-hop, jazz, or country, so you do not have to sit at home on your couch watching others celebrate on television and pretend to be happy about it.
