The Razor Residence was designed by Wallace E. Cunningham, who is possibly best known for his stunning residential work based in California - and understandably so. The 10,000 square-foot house boasts four bedrooms, six bathrooms, a two level guest house, and overlooks of the ocean and natural landscape unique only to the west coast.
Contemporary and luxurious, this property is made from glass and polished concrete - a style we’re not so used to seeing here in the Midwest. Perhaps snow and flat roofs might not mix all too well, but that’s no reason to not incorporate influences of this architectural style in our homes.
