Because Tuesday, Dec. 31, is the last day of 2013, we're putting out our list of the best TV shows of 2013 (in no particular order), which includes a show we knew we were going to love from the first season of the first episode, a series we got excited about again after a couple of lackluster seasons, a couple of newer CW series that surpassed somewhat high expectations, a procedural drama that has gotten off to a great start this season, a new FOX drama, and an ABC series that, if you don't watch live, means avoiding Twitter.

With so much TV on these days, it's hard to narrow down the best during a year and hard to even decide what to watch (and we know we're forgetting at least one or four shows that belong on this list) so keep that in mind when clicking through our list. Don't forget to head to the comments to list your own favorites of the year, from TV shows to episodes, from lines to moments.

So click through the list to see our thoughts on "Orphan Black," "Supernatural," "Arrow," "The Originals," "Sleepy Hollow," "NCIS: Los Angeles," "Scandal," "Broadchurch," "Breaking Bad," and "The Good Wife."
