The next Alphabet group is JKL. J is for the tuber jicama, a perennial salad bar favorite that isn’t often seen in many home kitchens. Kohlrabi is the “k” food, not a pretty site, but oh so yummy. And Lamb’s lettuce has another name, but we’ll go with the “l” today.
