Italian fashion designer Alberta Ferretti presented her Alberta Ferretti Spring Summer 2015 Bridal collection at 30 West 56 Street, in New York City, during New York Bridal Fashion Week. Twenty looks make up this collection, with a common denominator that every gown is soft and light, and would look perfect for an outdoor wedding. Bridal gown were made from fine material such as organza, chiffon, tulle, satin and lace. There even a mikado wedding gown based on a red Alberta Ferretti gown actress Kate Beckinsale wore to the Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute Gala last year.
One of the most elegant looks of the collection was a simple satin dress enhanced by a white see-thru cape. Intricate lace details of flowers covered every inch of a very pretty dress. One look made from chiffon, had the skirt and smaller folds of fabric hang with in the curvaceous shapes of bells. Also worth mentioning was a veil showcasing very rich tulle embroidery. There were even two colored dresses to the presentation. Alberta Ferretti is an internationally known designer of women’s evening and ready-to-wear pieces from her labels Alberta Ferretti and Philosophy di Alberta Ferretti. This is Ms. Ferretti’s third season designing a bridal collection. Please click on link to view the full Alberta Ferretti Spring Summer 2015 Bridal collection.
