A Valley Without Wind 2: Top 5 Songs from the Soundtrack

Song #3 on the list is Henchman Final Fight to the Death (AI War - Fire and Iron). This song like the previous one are from another franchise from Arcen games but the inclusion of the track shows the variety the musician is capable of and much like the Overlord Final Fight track, it has a very epic feeling to it but it feels like a war track rather than a track you would hear against a boss. Song #4 on the list is the World Map music from AI Wars - The Next Chapter. While it may not be strictly A Valley Without Wind 2, the inclusion of the song is welcomed because it also adds something different to the soundtrack. NO one wants to listen to the same thing over and over again like Final Fantasy 7 right?Song #5 on this list is Overlord Final Fight (1 &2). What makes this track so awesome is that is has such a different composition compared to the other songs in the game. I have reviewed the game A Valley Without Wind 2 here, and it got a fantastic score because it is a fantastic game. The soundtrack for the game is available for purchases here and this is my review. Now bear with me here, I have not reviewed a soundtrack/album for quite some time so I am a bit rusty.

The soundtrack length is rather impressive for a game hitting at roughly 2 and a half hours and it is filled with the in-game music and a brilliant rendition of the title song that is by far the best track on the album. Barring the couple songs having vocals most of the album consists of the background music found in certain areas of the game. While those are very well done songs like, To One Who’ll Stand and Fight” and “AVWW 2 Theme” are the tracks that truly shine.

I will be 100% honest with you readers and potential buyers, Ito One Who’ll Stand and Fight is one of the most epic songs I have ever heard from an indie developer and easily in my 10 top for best game songs I have heard. The way it is composed is so masterfully done. It gets you pumped and excited to explore and defeat the evil in the game. It also has a way of displaying the struggle the people of the game have to deal with. You get compelled to play the game and be the hero everyone is waiting for. The game would not feel the same without this song. It really sets the mood.

As I previously mentioned all of the tracks are fantastic and vary in musical style so there isn’t the same song over and over again. The soundtrack is really good and you should go get it pronto. I give the soundtrack for A Valley Without Wind 2 a 9/10. Seriously folks go get this.

  • Song #2 is the main theme for A Valley Without Wind 2. This is the first thing you hear musically for the game and it is a nice way to enter a game. The music does a great job segwaying you into the game. 
  • The best song on the soundtrack for A Valley Without Wind 2 is To One Who'll Stand and Fight. This song has the most impact because it has great vocals backing up the instrumentals. It gets you into the game and may even bring a tear to your eye because it portrays such a saddening mood.
