Mendeecees Harris seemed to have come out of nowhere in this season of Love and Hip Hop New York. Fitting right in with the drama; Harris was no stand out on the small screen. It seemed like a normal story line Yandy was pregnant with his baby, she wanted to get married and Harris wanted to move as far away from her mom as possible... Typical! However the story line the show was following is far less interesting than the real life drama he's been facing the past few weeks. After reporting on his sexual abuse trial and now on to this drug trafficking case, I've been getting bombarded with questions about WHERE exactly did this guy come from.

  • Harris' supposed net worth is 10 million dollars... is that drug money because we KNOW he didn't get it from Love and Hip Hop. Mona Scott-Young ain't got time for that!! 
  • Mendeecees has full custody of his 7 year old son, Little Mendeecees.  Little Mendeecees lives with Harris, Yandy Smith and his younger brother Omere who was just born last year.
  • Yandy Smith and Mendeecees Harris welcomed little baby Omere into the world on July 16, 2012. He was born at 7lbs and 9oz. Smith sent out a message after his birth stating: “My greatest accomplishment in life was my most difficult task in life,” wrote Smith “With God and my family we did it. I will forever remember this day 7/16/12. It was written in cursive for this king to exist.”
  • Although many don't realize this Mendeecees Harris and Yandy Smith have been together for 6 years!!!! This means Smith and Harris were involved 4 years ago when Harris allegedly sexually assaulted his young step-daughter (which he was recently found not guilty on all charges).
