Held in Glendale, Arizona, on March 15, 2014, Kiss Me I'm Irish features a 17k, 8k, 4k and even a 1k run for children. In true St. Patrick's Day fashion, the races kick off at 7:17 a.m. All finishers over the age of 21 will be able to enjoy cold beer at the post-race celebration.
Running of the Green Lucky 7k
A family-oriented race benefiting the Volunteers of America, the Running of the Green Lucky 7k has been held in Denver for the past 25 years. The 2014 race will be held on March 16, with the race starting in front of Union Station at 10:15 a.m.
Bank of America Shamrock Shuffle
Starting and ending in Chicago's famed Grant Park, the Bank of America Shamrock Shuffle is an 8k race that allows you to keep your St. Patrick's Day celebrations alive, as it will be held on Sunday, March 30, 2014. With 40,000 participants, it is one of the largest St. Patrick's Day runs in the U.S.
In its 25th year, the Leprechaun Lope boasts 10k and 5k races, as well as a two-mile fun run. The race, which will be held on Saturday, March 15, benefits Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School. The race starts at Utah's State Capitol building in Salt Lake City.
