5 women players to watch at the U.S. National Indoor in Memphis

Professional tennis invades Memphis for the next nine days as the 2013 U.S. National Indoor Championships hit the Racquet Club of Memphis.

Memphis has a long tradition of hosting big time tennis and the list of past champions in this event is a who's who of men's and women's tennis.

It's a bit sad that 2013 is the final year the women's event will be played in Memphis, but it appears the men's event will be back for many years to come.

While the women's draw may not be top heavy this year, it is deep and loaded with young talent.
That includes young American players in both the main draw and qualifying.

Two-time and defending champion Sofia Arvidsson of Sweden returns to try and become the event's only three-time champ.

WTA Tour vets Kirsten Flipkens and Sabine Lisicki will also be looking to take this title.

Let's take a look at five players to watch in this year's U.S. National Indoor Championships.
