Salon professionals go to great lengths to ensure that every client who sits in their chair feels at ease. I'd be happy to attend your wedding (if the boss will let me have a day off) or any other major life event, but I have to draw the line somewhere and that line is your daughter's piano recital, your son's soccer game, or your nephew's bar mitzvah. "I convinced my friend to come see you. She tried bleaching her hair and now it's bright orange at the roots and she totally fried her ends. By the way, her hair is super frizzy and thick and down to her waist. She does her own color because she says she's been to every stylist and town and she hasn't found anyone she's happy with. I told her that you'd give her a great deal." Fantastic!
