The Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic takes place every year for one weekend in October, and it's like a smaller version of the nearby Epcot International Food and Wine Festival. There's plenty of food, wine, and other beverages served from booths along the causeway, and you'll find a huge crowd of people enjoying the event throughout the evening.

The event does get crowded, but don't worry too much about that. The lines (especially for the food) may look very long, but they move quickly. Better yet, everyone's typically in such a good mood that the time will fly by as you chat and compare notes with the people waiting in front of and behind you.
