On February 6, 2013 according to the International Business Times, female celebrities gathered to be a part of the 2013 Hear Truth Red Dress Fashion show. In the show's ten year history, celebrities from all walks of life, get a chance to strut their stuff on a real runway for a very good cause. Promoting awareness of heart disease in women, this year's events even included the first non celebrity woman Cindy Parsons. While the event is to promote the very real danger of heart disease in women the gowns are also fun to watch. Here is the top five dresses of the evening that stood out and sparkled just a tiny bit more than the others.

  • U.S. Women's Gymnastics Olympian Nastia Liukinwalked the runway in Reem Acra. the tiered gown was light and flowed as Nastia's smiled beamed for cameras. The former Olympian came straight from class at NYU to participate in the fashion show!
