About the Boise Parade
Many people interested in purchasing a home for sale in Boise or the surrounding area may want to attend the Boise Parade. It's a low-key, low pressure way to get some home makeover ideas, learn about the latest energy-saving technology, or to see some beautiful architecture and landscaping.
Me, personally, I love to see the interior design of these new homes -- of course -- and with 40 new home styles from 34 builders, participants in the Boise Parade, there's plenty of designs to see. If you're looking for home makeover ideas, being able to compare and contrast 40 different design styles "side-by-side" so to speak gives you a real advantage. These Treasure Valley homes appeal to a broad range of buyers. It's an excellent place to start your thinking about buying a home in Boise, Meridian, and Eagle (or anywhere in the Treasure Valley).
If you're interested in attending the 2014 Boise Parade of Homes, you can find a map of the homes on the Building Contractors Association of Southwestern Idaho (BCASWI) website. There's also a Parade of Homes map on the page that shows where each home is. The Sunday edition of the Idaho Statesman will also have a hard copy of the Boise Parade of Homes magazine.
I've gotten special permission to use photos from Boise Realtor, Jace Stolfo (of Boise Real Estate Plus at Keller Williams) for one of the model homes, the Tristan Leah by Zach Evans Construction. It's in the Carmel subdivision in Meridian, Idaho. If you click through the slide show, you'll see the various rooms of this model home. (My favorite is the sunken tub with the vanity in the bathroom. Heavenly!) See the captions in the slide show for more details/ decorating ideas.
