According to Vegas Insider.com, Louisville has the best odds to win the 2013 National Championship at 9/2. Here are the rest of the top 20 odds as we sit two days out of the start of the tournament.

Speaking of Michigan and Michigan State, the Spartans are 5/1 to win the Midwest Regional while the Wolverines are 5/1 odds to the South.

Virginia Commonwealth, who share the same bracket as Michigan, seem to be a sleeper pick for many experts in terms of reaching the Final Four. VCU is 12/1 to win their region and 50/1 to win the National Championship.
