Like father, like son.
Back in 1983, Bill Elliott won his first NASCAR race on the road course at Riverside, California. So it seems only fitting that, 30 years later, his son Chase would pick up his first NASCAR win at a road course, albeit this one was in Bowmanville, Ontario, Canada. The younger Elliott became the youngest winner in Camping World Truck Series history at 17 years, nine months and four days on Sunday, winning the inaugural Chevrolet Silverado 250 at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park, a race that ended with more excitement than was seen throughout most of the race.
