10 healthy spring activities

Spring has definitely sprung throughout the Treasure Valley. We’ve got warmer temperatures and most kids are out for spring break. Chances are, you’re itching to get outside and do something. And why not? One of the best things about living in Idaho is that you get to enjoy the great outdoors without going too far. The weather has warmed up just enough that you won’t freeze, but it’s still cool enough to prevent you from overheating. Plus it’s a great time of year to try something new. Why not do something you’ve never done before? You know, all those things you say you’re going to do, but never find the time to do? Spring is all about starting over, so pick one of the activities from this list, and get moving.
