Being a couch potato, one gets use to magic elixirs to cure all that ails them. Undiscovered secrets healing any condition can be found in late night and early morning infomercials. Have a headache? Put cucumber slices on your head. Have wrinkles? A mixture of mustard, yogurt, and horse radish can remove them. Need to loose weight? There are a multitude of pills, potions, and machines that can remedy that and they’re all available to order in the next half hour. Have your credit card ready.

The most effective way to stay fit and healthy is to exercise. Put your credit card away and change the channel. At Your Side ... private exercise provides all you need to stay fit. Founded in 1989 by former co-captain of the UCLA woman's gymnastics team, Lesley Goldberg. The gym offers a training program for the over forty crowd. Lesley says “Fitness under forty is more about vanity, they exercise because they what to look good. People over forty, although they still want to look good, understand that exercise is also about feeling good and staying healthy. Fitness over forty is a matter of maintaining a safe and consistant exercise program.”
