Wait...ok. That's not official, but it can become true if you participate in an upcoming Valentine's Day event.
It's true! Each year, OPL holds its "Hardbound to Heartbound" dating session and real stories of companionship and love come out of the festivities. Click here for information about the event for 2012, which happens on Sat. Feb. 11, from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. at OPL's Benson Branch. The link is OPL's Facebook event page.
Registration for the event is FREE and there are currently 18 openings available for single ladies and 29 remaining for single males. Click here for the registration page.
Many relationships start with friendship and commonalities, like a love for reading. Omaha Public Library, in the spirit of the Valentine's season, provides potential lovebirds an opportunity to find a partner whether it be for friendship or otherwise.
