The Civil Disobedience Evolution Fund reported today that a Nashua, New Hampshire, judge found David Krouse guilty of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest for standing in front of a police car nearly five months ago.

This is the perfect story for libertarians to cite when they talk to people who worship "The Law" above all else, specifically those who claim, "Without laws there would be nothing but chaos."
Libertarians must communicate to all that when there is no coercion there is no victim and when there is no victim there is no crime.
As the events of this case clearly show, there was no chaos until the Lawmaker-hired Law Enforcers decided to enforce The Law.
Krouse was one of many people attending the Nashua 420 rally on March 20. As the video shows, participants were standing in an open area, peacefully talking with one another and threatening no one. A few were smoking marijuana while threatening no one.
Law Enforcers disingenuously disguised as participants arrested a teenager for the victimless "crime" of inhaling marijuana.
If the self-serving Lawmakers had decided that wearing tattoos, long hair, nose rings, and brightly colored shirts was against The Law there would have been many more kidnappings euphemistically called "arrests" for the Law Enforcers to make.
When the Law Enforces attempted to drive off with their peaceful handcuffed victim Krause refused to move aside, so the Law Enforcers arrested him.
When a group of powerful people arrogate to themselves the "right" to create any Law they wish and force it onto others, they become the aggressors and those peaceful "others" become their victims.
The Law allows the Lawmakers to do anything they wish. The Law allows white men to own black slaves. The Law allows men to stone women to death because they were raped. The Law allows thugs to commit genocide against Jews. The Law allows gangsters to organize into vast criminal enterprises they call "Government" and commit every sort of unconscionable cruelty imaginable.
This is happening today in the Police State Empire of American.
“Civil disobedience is not a defense to a criminal act,” the judge told Krause, oblivious to the reality that the actual "criminal act" had been committed against Krause by the Law Enforcers.
Krouse has announced that he will appeal to a de novo jury trial.

The kidnappings, murders and assorted atrocities will continue as long as the peaceful people put up with it. There is no remedy to the tyrants in the "courts" they own and operate!
When the thugs and criminals who kidnap peaceful people start to die for their crimes, maybe some of them will begin to rethink their role in all this.
The most peaceful people on earth still have the right of self defense, up to the use of deadly force. Until they accept and begin to use that right, they will continue to be sheep led to the slaughter.
