Tracy Kachtick-Anders is a single lesbian mother of six children. She formed her family through adoption, birth and foster care and spends much of her time advocating on behalf of her children, most of whom have special needs. In addition to mothering, Tracy is an artist, doula, and director of Open Arms Campaign, a non-profit to recruit foster and adoptive families. Tracy also is the inventor of the Sleep Tight Wedge.
Before moving back to Texas, Tracy lived in Seattle for 15 years and Mexico for three. Finding LGBT community in the Houston/Galveston area has been a challenge for Tracy and so she is on a mission to help all of us create more of it. Feel free to e-mail Tracy.
