Looks like Leighton Meester's daring fashions have been approved by the folks over at Vogue. The actress made the Top 20 Best Dressed List for 2009 for both British Vogue and Teen Vogue.

Meester left her Upper East Side alter ego behind this year and adopted a fiercer look with looks from Louis Vuitton (left, at Paris Fashion Week), Proenza Schouler, Chanel and Dolce & Gabbana.
